Fees & Policies

Most Namibian medical aid funds cover psychological services. Our practice submits claims directly to these funds based on the rates outlined by NAMAF guidelines. We recommend that all potential clients confirm with their medical aid fund to confirm that their plan includes coverage for psychological services.

The practice does not impose an administration fee, and there are no co-payments required for private medical aid funds. However, PSEMAS members are required to make a co-payment prior to each session. For further details, please contact the practice.

The practice accommodates clients without medical aid by charging a private rate instead. Payments can be made in cash or via EFT before the session. For our latest private rates, please contact the office.

To get the most out of therapy, it's important to consistently attend your scheduled sessions. If you need to reschedule or cancel, kindly inform us as soon possible so we can make that time available for others. Please be aware that, unless there are specific extenuating circumstances, a fee of 50% of the full hourly will be charged for any appointments not canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
